Impromtu Rave in the SBU Library

On Friday May 10th, Students from all across campus met up in front of the Staller Center for a flash rave, DJ’ed by Lior Gavra, a Stony Brook University student who performs under the name DJ Lio.

The project undertaken by four self-described NYU nerds – to create a social networking site that doesn’t collect and store your personal information – is one that meets a heavy demand as people become more and more wary of what information they give to sites like Facebook.
